Bad install and they do not stand behind there work

Perciballi installed an inground pool which has been nothing but problems. The major problems are:
Water under the liner - This is because drainage was not handled when the pool was installed. On several occasions the liner has been floating at the top of the pool water. This has caused wrinkles, debris under the liner, and the liner comes out of place.
Leak in the main drain - This leak started when Perciballi made a repair in 2003. Water circulation is poor causing algae and it needs to be vacuumed twice a week.

They are not making any efforts to repair the problems. Now I have a $32,000 pool that no one uses.
