Management That Cares... Less. Refuses to refund it's clients deposits or answer your phone calls. Lists expenses as income and then charges you commision on it

MTC, Inc - calling themselves Management That Cares has mismanaged property I owned and owes me money for plumbing expenses a tenant was billed for but didn't pay. I was told over a year ago I would get it back out of her deposit when she moved. First, they didn't bother to get a large enough deposit due to their poor management methods.

Secondly it took me weeks to get my deposit and they tried the we mailed it, of course it never showed up for weeks. Then they mailed it and it was only half of what it should have been. Then I have been hassling with them for weeks about returning the remainder of the deposit they owed me which was the money for the plumbing charges the tenant didn't pay but the charged me for a year ago and said I would get back when the tenant left.

After weeks of none stop calls to every person on his staff - Tom Conlee sent me a check finally for the remainder of the depoist which keep in mind was to cover expenses, listed the expenses as income and had the nerve to charge me commission on giving me back the money I paid in full as expenses he had without from my rent check. He collected the full commission due the company on those two months that these two expenses were deducted from my rental income so he can't say he had to go back and add anything he could then claim income on.

He got his money on time and in full for those months rent. I have tried nicely to collect my money while he has been drawing interest on my money. I call the officec everyday and leave messages with every employee in their voicemail and none of them return my calls so each day I do it again and again and will continue till he returns my money in full. I have not cashed the check he sent withholding commission charges on expenses he listed as income.

I am not stupid and know that casing would mean accepting the terms. I do not accept it and want my money in full. I researched MTC online and found plenty of complaints and bad reviews. Management That Cares... Less. MTC, Inc is not an honest company despite the vm recordings wishing you a blessed day.
