He is a horible manager and will rip you off. Below are some of the examples of his management style"

One tenants apartment was infested with cocroaches for months and he didn't do anything about it, which caused my tenant to be removed, so then i lost 3 months rent.

He calls me from a bank and says he is with a tenant who has a settlement check to pay all back rent, but tenant does not have an id. So bill said if i authorize tenant to sign check over to bill, then bill can cash it and give me the money later. 3 months later i had to basically force it out of him, but i only saw $1000 and it total amount was $2230. I NEVER saw the remainder.

He sends me a final statement on 11/19/06, and then continues to accept rent payments from several tenants for units he is not managing any more, totalling $2390!

Charges me $450 to repair lead-based paint windows... But he never repaired them... He only painted over the lead paint, sloppily so it got all over the window glass as well. He never scraped the lead paint off! They had to be completely redone by the next manager.

He NEVER supplied receipts for professional work

Despite the fact that he was in absolute breach of contract due to negligent management and officially removed as manager as of 11/2/06, he continued to charge me another management fees for not doing a thing
