Took $500 check and did not instal carpet

Joe, who owns Olde Boston Building required a sign in the quantity of $500 to set up a carpet on my sunporch on 5/11/09, and he explained it'd be mounted in fourteen days. After I didn't notice from him, I named and he explained the carpet wasn't available however, it'd consider another fourteen days. After I still didn't obtain a call-back, I named the maker of the carpet, Philadelphia Rugs, plus they stated the rug was in-stock and really should not be considered a challenge to obtain. I named Joe back and he explained he'd take a look. I've not noticed from him since. I've named more than 60 occasions, quit many communications, but no-call back. He took my money and went!!!
