I requested a carpet on Dec. 10 to get a Holiday present. So below it's December 28 looking for out why no carpet continues to be delivered, why nobody named me and just why I'venot actually acquired a contact.

After waiting 10 units to get a customer support repetition, I had been informed to hold back why they approached the maker. "Oh, sorry that carpet is on back-order". Nicely back-order this! After I questioned why-didn't email me concerning the backorder, she stated their should have been a conversation issue. I subsequently ended my purchase.

Today Christmas is finished and also the individual didn't get the carpet I had been likely to provide and Carpets US DIDN'T CARE. Don't conduct business with this horrible organization.
