Someone stole my money

I've had my salary placed on the cash system card for around year. Oneday i visited swipe my card and all my cash was taken off my card. I named Cash Community to get my money-back plus they explained that I've to create a challenge. I did so that after which they explained they needed to deliver me out affidavit in three to five business days. They delivered me the affidavit and that I sent it back again to them. I named today plus they explained that it requires 24 to 48-hours to get a fax. Next they explained it requires 10 business days to to complete a. I actually donot know how may I reside in Florida and also have my card taken in Boston. I'd simply applied my card that day in Florida and 2 hrs later my card was utilized in Boston. I believe it's an internal work and so I will soon be calling my attorney to determine into this. This is actually the worst organization I've heard of so when I actually do get my money-back i don't be using the services of them again.
