Wrong item, horrible customer service

Rugs USA delivers the incorrect products while offering TERRIBLE customer support. Consider yourself fortunate should you really obtain the product you requested. I requested a carpet on 12/23/10, after calling the 2nd time around. 3 months later, they show the carpet is on back-order. Nicely on 1/28 a carpet comes, however it may be the completely incorrect product not only a shade problem. I spent hours investing in calls to customer support, and was really hung-up on several events. I'd to chase them to get a week simply to get an agreement to get a return shipment tag and needed to work out how to suit an 11 foot carpet into my vehicle to go back again to UPS myself. I had been informed the proper carpet could be shippped out when the additional one was in-transit. Well, per week (2/11) after I delivered back the incorrect carpet, I named again to determine when they had delivered out them that I really requested. No customer support suggested they'd not set the item quantities which were wrong within their program (this really is fourteen days once they understood the figures were incorrect) of course if I needed them to put another purchase for that product, I'd simply obtain the wrong carpet again till they really set their site. They explained to call-back Friday to determine when the figures were set and so I might try again to set up my purchase. Well, I'd enough and so I required a reimbursement and requested the carpet from someone else! When they needed my company they'd have removed far above to repair their screw-up! Today, ideally I'll really obtain the reimbursement.
