I've been attempting to contact Revco for that previous handful of months. They installed-all new windows in my own house this past year having a lifetime guarantee. I'm having an issue with having the ability to secure among the windows but have now been not able to enter contact with anybody whilst the 800-number does no further function and that I do not know ways to get touching anybody regarding my alleged "guarantee". The windows are allegedly produced by Gorell however the Guarantee I obtained provides no tackle or telephone number for Gorell, but claims to get hold of the seller who offered me the windows however they have obviously removed from company. Therefore the $16,000 I committed to these storm windows seems to be a "poor" expense when I can't contact anybody about my issue. I completely think the "seller" took benefit of me, a senior.

I'd prefer to understand how to contact Gorell to go over this together.
