Awful company

Just a couple of of nights before, I received two-pieces of email from Allegheny power. One I understood was my bill, however the additional I'd no idea. Upon starting it, I came across that they're getting me a $117.00 safety deposit, due exactly the same day as my next bill, that will be approximately fourteen days from now. Their thinking for this? Well, since I have have experienced 3 turn off updates in 12 weeks, they believe I deserve to pay for this quantity, entirely, or encounter probable termination of support.
