Used Appliance Scam

Stay Away from this company! This company offers a website where you can shop for used appliances and then call an order line, order what you want, and set up delivery. They delivered the appliances as promised but after they hastily left it was discovered that they did not level the refrigerator that I bought, nor did they set up the washer appropriately. Now I called and called and called and finally got a human on the phone and was told that they would come out and fix it. Then the delivery driver states that he's bringing me a new washer and wanted to make sure that I was aware of the delievery charge of 70.00. When I bought the items I did agree to the delivery charge, but was under the impression that would only be if the item needed to be replaced. Neither one of these things needs to be replaced, only set up properly as it states in the contract. I was told the only warranty they have is a replacement warranty, that they do not fix things. I don't want anything fixed just set up properly as it should have been to begin with. Save your money, shop elsewhere for used appliances, or just take the safer route, and buy new. I thought I was saving money, but I will have to pay another repairman just to come out and do what they should have done to begin with.
