On November 6 I purchase a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The salesman and I together picked out the delivery date of November 20, as that is the day I was moving into my home. I did not receive a call, so I called to inquire as to where my delivery was. I was told that it was set up for December 6th! The delivery address was also wrong. I talked to a very nice man named Rich, who arranged loaner appliances for me. They were not delivered for two days. Today, December 6, I called customer service to find out why my new appliances had not been delivered as promised. I talked to another very nice lady named Robin who, after a 40-minute wait, was finally able to find my order. She stated that it was set up for December 17th! SO, I have now had to wait for SIX WEEKS for two appliances. I want to cancel my order, but then I will once again have no refrigerator or stove. I will never shop at Best Buy again! I spent over $1200.00 on these appliances, and feel that I have been treated very badly. I didn't even receive the courtesy of a phone call to tell me the delivery date had once again been delayed! What does it take to get a couple of appliances out of Best Buy? Again, I say, NEVER AGAIN!
