Contractor took money without finishing project (left months waiting), Kennesaw, Smyrna

Joseph agreed to foundation, driveway and landscaping in January with half due upfront and balance on completion. He tore up our driveway and said that he didn't have money for the concrete. We had to pay the balance to get the driveway finished. (I call that extortion.) The front walk was set on a slope until he ran out of pavers (didn't provide edging) and shrubbery was taken away. We will have to fill and grade the front yard, redo the front walk do detail work around the drive.

I'm talking serious money. We have contacted a lawyer.
