Poor workmanship on driveway. Surface spalling all over draveway within months

Fortis Concrete did terrible work on my driveway. The surface is spalling all over. This is an indication of poor quality concrete or over finishing.in either case it looks terrible. I called them several times and sent them emails. All went unanswered until I posted a sign on my front lawn that said "Don't use Fortis - see my driveway". I took a picture of this sign on my lawn and emailed it to them. They called me first thing in the morning the next day. They told me they had called me and left messages - They Did Not. They said they would be in touch with me. That was two weeks ago and have not heard from them again. The sign is back out on my front lawn and I am writing this report.
