I ordered my product on April 23, I called the company after 3 weeks about my order and I was told that they were waiting on their supplier to send them the product that it would be in the following week. Called a week later and was told that the color I had ordered was not in as of yet that if I wanted to change my color to beige they would ship it immediately. I agreed and weeks later still no product. I called again and the started again with the same story of not having the product from the supplier I rudely interrupted and said that they had told me that the beige color was in stock and they said that if I changed colors it would be shipped immediately. Then their story changed and they said oh yes let us ship that to you right now, I am sending you a delivery confirmation via e-mail so you can track your order. Today is May 11 and stil have not received it. Then they said that it could get held up for 2 weeks in customs etc. That is such Bull. Fortunately on I paid with papal and was still within the window of filing a complaint and I was able to receive a refund from this company. The times I had spoke with these people I always heard crying children in the background was put on hold numerous times and the same person always answered the phone. I think this is a bogus home based business in Canada and they hope that they can string you out for more than 45 days so that you cannot get a refund from them. Fortunately I was one of the lucky ones. Do not order from this company.
