Ripoff Unethicical representation of product available after 25 days shipped to wrong address

Ordered product to be shipped to third part dec 29 on the claims that all products listed were in stock. Week later found out not in stock and promised in one more week. Found out company had no way of knowing if could even get product as manufacturer discontinued. Company lied and said it was in his wherehouse. Found out he was a dropshipper and his supplier told me the product was not acailable. Product became available on the 21st as I had the same supplier. Company then shipped to wrong address as I found out from supplier. Cancelled order. Returned order. Company has refused refund. Third part very upset.
