I won and paid for a steam shower from mybath on ebay back on Sept 7, I was told it was stuck in customs for weeks. I then got a call that it was in and about to be shipped to me on Feb 10. The next day someone called and said while it was being loaded on the truck it fell and broke. They said another one won't be in until the end of April, so again I waited I called them on Friday May 1 and on Wednesday May 6 and they did not know where my tub was. On Saturday May 9 I got a letter in the mail from mybath stating that they are going out of business and no orders or refunds will be given out to anyone. What should I do?
