Broken Screen Door Parts and Dismissive Door Department Clerk

This is only a vent. A screen door I purchased had a few broken parts, which I noticed when I tried to put it up. At the store I looked for the door guy, who, as every door buyer at Home Depot knows, spends the day at a computer with solitaire. My problem seemed to spoil his day. He said lunch was coming and told me to go talk to the Andersen rep, who would arrive shortly. WOW.

As it happened, the Andersen rep was already around and took care of me right then. A few people there, at least, are still happy to have a job.
