Mid South Paving
Paved a driveway and did a terrible job. Called and ask him to come back out to fix and got the run around

This man came and gave an estimate on paving my driveway. He sounded like he would be a very honest man and would stand by his work. My fault for not checking into him further. He came out with his crew paved my driveway and I have had nothing but trouble since it was paved. I have grass growing up through the paving, crumbling sides at the end of the driveway where cars turn onto paving.

I have called this man over and over and he says I have done been out there and there is nothing wrong. He never wants to let me talk he tries to talk over me every time I call. He knows that the driveway is not right and keeps telling me that he will fix it. He told me today that he just couldn't take all his equipment over there just to fix the driveway that when he has a job in the area he will come then and fix it.

He told me that he had a job close by the other day and when I asked him why he didn't call me so I could meet him out there and get it fixed then, his comment was "oh, I didn't get that job. I am fixing to take this man to the small claims court. I hate to sue anyone to get my driveway fixed but he has left me no alternative.
