Does not honor lifetime warranty commitment

I purchased replacement windows for my entire house, in December I noticed the windows in the livingroom were not closing properly. The company has a lifetime warranty. I called, it was on convienent for them to come out because of the holidays. They will only come to inspect the problem at their convienence not the customers. They expect the customer to take the day off and wait for them. When you call and say you will be home it is never convienent for them to come that day
