Climate Doctors
Only receives what is beneficial to them

Construction & Repair

I ordered a part for my furnace from Climate Doctors through Amazon.com. The part they listed and pictured on the website was the exact same part that came off my furnace. The part I received was something different, it had more wires and I could not just disconnect the old part and replace it with the new. I had to call in a professional and they did not want to use the part I ordered over the internet.

Climate Doctors seems only to receive what is convenient to them. I sent them 3 things and they only received the one that would get them money!

The first, and the only thing they admitted to receiving, was the order through Amazon. The second thing, also sent through Amazon.com, was a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization, they didn't "receive" it. Their site said things had to be returned within 15 days, so after not receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization in a reasonable time, I returned the merchandise and they did not "receive" that either.

I got the part they sent via USPS Priority Mail and sent it back to them the same way. It was clearly marked with their address and my return address, but it did not get there according to them and yet it also did not come back to me.

Amazon has customer reviews and Climate Doctors had a 96% positive rating, the bad reviews were all the same though, they didn't get the right merchandise (or anything in some cases), no responses, rudeness, no refunds given. That is an important 4% negative.
