The Drain Doctors charged me $749.00 in December to unblock a drain and flush, the drain on a rental in Brandon FL. The Tenant noticed water had started leaking into the patio door, eventually on Feb 11th The called to let me know it was an issue (of course they should have called earlier

) I called the Drain Doctors as the have a one year warranty, and let them know that they were the last to do anything with the pipes! The Tech eventually showed up on Friday the 13th to take a look and told the tenant he would be back 1st thing the next day, (That meant 10.30am UNTIL 2.45am) He called me discuss logistics and price? I explained that this was warranty and " Im sure we can work this out?" and they fixed the leak and charged me $924.95 for the benefit, or $205.43 per hr (I spoke with the owners and stated that this was a repair and that I was in the contracting buisness and that those labor rates are way excessive!!! Could we work it out? Initially he was receptive and stated he would get back with me on Monday Drain Doctors charged my debit card without authorization (They kept my card info on their database without my permission). They were last company in the drain that caused the leak in the 1st place.
