Sells the worst vacuums at the highest prices

I bought a Dyson DC 17 Absolute Animal Vacuum cleaner for $599 at Sears 2 years ago. It worked for about 3 months and then clogged up like every cheap vacuum I have ever had. The suction has been no better than a cheap machine. I sent it to Sears first and then Dyson themselves for repair. After Sears repair the suction was no better, Dyson proceeded to lose my machine (they sent it to a customer in Hawaii I'm told) and sent me someone else's vacuum parts, when I called to get my own back they couldn't find it and so in spite of my begging for a refund all along, they instead sent me a replacement machine, brand new but just as poor a performer. After that one also ceased to work, (it also requires TONS of maintenance - you should read the manual - worse than a Porsche) I called and begged for my money back but was told that they would only service the piece of junk again and have refused my very reasonable request for a refund since the thing does not work at all and I have used a shop vac to clean my house for almost 2 years now. I feel $600 on a vacuum cleaner should be good for at least 10 years. Dyson and Sears do not stand by their products at all and should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off in this manner.
