Ripped off big time

On the 5th of febuary 2009 i was looking at my bank statement and noticed there was a $39.95 charge on it. I contacted my bank to put a stop payment on it and they told me they couldn't cause the transaction was already done and they gave me a phone number to call. I called the number and got a busy signal and i was really upset about it hung up and kept calling back and finally got through. The lady i talked to was very rude and told me i was not getting my money back and i told her that i never subscribed to them and she still insisted that i was not getting my money back. I told her she better cancel this and she said while i was on the phone with her that it was canceled and that an email was sent out to me stateing so. This all happened on the 5th and on the 10th of febuary they had taken another $39.95 after this was canceled and have been trying to contact her again about it and i can get through but get put on hold. I spent 2 hours on hold trying to talk to someone.
