I had ordered a bottle of hoodia, did not like it, called and canceled the order. 7 months later, this company took out $99.81 out of my bank account. I called to ask why, a very rude woman told me i had ordered 2 bottles, no i did not mam, can i talk to a manager? No, and there is nothing can do, we are not giving any money back to you!

I have been ripped off by this company and i am unable to get any of my money back! I had ordered the hoodia, did not like it, called and canceled. 7 months later, this company took out $99.81 from my account. I called this compnay and talked to a very rude woman who did not help me in any way, she hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. I called back and talke to a woman by the name of desiree, she said i had ordered 2 bottles of pills, i told her no i did not, i only have 1 cancel number, that was all i had ordered. She was somewhat nice and told me to write a letter if that would help. I told her i would, but having my money back would help more than anything. So, now i am writing this letter, to which i found on the internet and seen that this company was a rip off. I really need some help in trying to get my money back. I am going to go the site to see if i can find out how to get intouch with soemone. I did not order 2 bottles and i am very upset that this company can just come into your bank and take out almost ahundred dollars 7 months after the order was canceled. If you can help me, i would greatly appreciate all you can do. Thank you
