Way too much money

First off they spoke no English AT ALL. Which was ok because I speak a bit of Spanish but for anyone else it would have been quite an ordeal. They came with the most bare bones equipment for the job and this was reflected in the final product. The installer used my restroom and urinated all over the seat. I totaled up the amount of money the job most likely cost them and found it cost about $300 (probably more like $200) to complete the job. They charged me $850 this price would have been fine if they sent over people who spoke English and had proper tools but they didn't. So I told the rep that I wanted a better price price on a future carpet job based on how bad they ripped me off, he wouldn't budge. He said $1200 was the best he could do for 275 sf of carpet. I found a local business that hires only US citizens and they are going to install carpet in the same room for $750. Long story short: Empire wont do a job unless they are making 300% profit. Do not hire these people.
