Company won't fix leak in roof after they were paid to do so

This roofing repair company was paid on Sep 15 to fix a leak in my roof. After a rain storm in November 08 I called them back on November 11,08 because the roof was leaking in the same spot they were suppose to fix. I had to call them several times to come out and check the roof.

They finally sent an inspector out and he confirmed they missed a few spots. Here it is Jan 14,09 and they still haven't come out. I did call them a week or so ago but no repairman showed up yet. When I called them about the leak in September they came out the same day, now I can't get them back to fix the leak again. I paid them in full on the day of repair.
