Bad roof

I purchased a new roof August 25, the next week I had a leak in my back roof after a bad rain storm. I called the owner, Greg Smith (used to be friend-not anymore) and told him about it, he said he would send someone out, NEVER HAPPENED! I called him over and over again to have him fix it before it got worse, NEVER HAPPENED! We had a big wind storm last week and my shingles started blowing off my roof. I have a dozen shingles off my roof now, there is no way this should be happening when my roof is less than 6 months. I have called this company everyday, no response. I have tried since October to get a hold of them to come look at the leak on my ceiling. This company started in 2009 and I do not see it lasting longer than 2012. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I just want them to fix what they were suppose to or give me my money back to have another company to do it right!
