I agree with the previous person that posted. My wife and I used Kathy Winkler of Keller Williams in Carlsbad to represent us. That was a huge mistake. She told us she would represent both parties and get us a good deal. She wrote up the contract to benefit the other party and ended up costing us a lot of money.

Please don't make the same mistake we did. There are plenty of good realtors out there. She is definetly not one of them. If you hear the name, Kathy Winkler of Keller Williams, BUYER BEWARE! You've been warned about her.
