Shoddy Materials and deceptive advertising

Builders Fence Co of Aldie, VA uses cheap, pine fence boards and not the oak boards needed in the humid, NOVA area. The company also does not do any type of 'small job' and will claim that you are out of their service area (although its website says Northern Virginia). Now to test this, I later called and requested a larger job and they were MORE than willing to come on out. This goes directly towards this company's integrity. The guy I spoke to was Swisher.
