Company trying to pass business concept off as their own. Beware!

This company is making false impressions that this idea of creating a soap or sanitizer with a temporary dye to ensure that people have washed their hands was created by them. What a joke! I created this idea and concept back in late 2003 and had contact with the president of this company. He was very controlling and tried to get me to sign my rights away to him! We had an understanding that this idea was a trade secret and he has betraye me. The website boasts that they will be obtaining a US patent, which is impossible as he is not the original inventor and this concept was offered for sale in 2006. Though they may be free to pursue their product in the marketplace, they will have a very hard time obtaining a patent. And since I am working with a major soap manufactuer here in AZ (hint), we will be a very large competitor in this market. The lack of integrity of this business should question anyone who thinks of investing (as publicly noted on their website) with a company who has tried to build a company on a STOLEN IDEA! Good luck to all and remember do your homework before investing your hard earned money with anyone... Just watch the ews for examples of this. I did not go into much detail about the actual concept as we are perfecting our formula currently and will come to market full force in the near future.
