Dated 12/19/07 Note: System will have 100% Coverage and one year Warranty!

13 Add 4" popup fixed sprinkler heads

04 Replace broken sprinkler heads and PVC 90 degree on bottom.

02 Add new PVC line with @ Popup 4" fixed spray heads. 6 feet - 10 feet.

03 Change 3 Riser in Back to 4" popup Halfmoon spray.

02 Move 2 Rottery's head out from behind bush. Replace any tips and fitters if needed.

01 If Riser infront brakes we will replace. Note: Only one Riser with Bird Rain Bird Impact Head on it. Add Rebar to Riser.

Items in this warranty was broken four months after installation. Made several phone contact with Mr. Loren Palomares And complained about broken items he never showed up. His Licenses # is CCN# 19769 CBC# 59620
