Don't let these people get your bank account info. They will tell you that by not canceling some service you haven't asked for that they need to debit your bank account every mo. I was only able to recover 3 months. They have been debiting my bank for about the last 8 mo. I also was constantly redirected by phone from unhelpful person to another.
