Lightolier
Not even polite

Three years ago i got a brand new lightolier track light. Within a year, three of the four heads had died. It was within the warranty; i sent the heads back; they fixed them. Now it's two years later; not only has the single head that outlasted the warranty died—i saw that coming a mile away—but one of the three they fixed has died as well. Of course the warranty is over, but this just seems to me so utterly inferior, they should be ashamed. I used the contact-us function on their site to tell thim about this; they haven't even replied.
