I also ordered a roll-up door from salesman named Dave. I was promised 16-18 days delivery on a US Door. They advertise as a National Distributor. I paid $393.00 thru Paypal. After about 20 days I tried reaching them to no avail. I contacted US Door and altho they tried to help me, they showed no order had been placed. I got the feeling there was a credit problem. You can not get someone on the phone. There order status mail box is full and they do not return calls. I have filed a claim with Paypal but now find that I was wrong about them CAUTION: They only guarantee a refund if they can get a refund. What a guarantee! These people should at the very least be forced to close down their website by the Florida Attorney General to prevent others from being scammed. I guess they would just open up under another name.
