Misleading advertising, misleading customer support, failure to refund purchase price

A mailbox was advertised as a "copper mailbox". We ordered it. Turns out it was an aluminum mailbox with a copper color applied to it. We called the company to ask for a return authorization. They said they would send us a return shipping label for prepaid shipping and refund our purchase price. The shipping label they sent was not prepaid, so we had to pay for return shipping. Further, they only refunded half of our purchase price when they received the item. I would never order from this company again.
