Dave no door out of money

I ordered a roll-up door from vision building products on July 17. I have been charged on my credit card for the door that I have not received yet. It is sept. 12 2008 and nothing. I tried to contact them many many times and all I get is a voice mail with a full mail box. I can not get in contact with anyone in their company no matter what I try. I can not afford to throw money away like this.
