Inc. Ordered windows for new house 2 years ago and still no screens and no return phone calls

We purchased Simonton brand vinyl windows from NX2O in Dandridge, TN approximately 2 years ago for the construction of our home and have yet to receive our complete set of windoiw screens. On several occasions we were sent the wrong size screens. It has been very painstaking just to get in contact with someone who knows anything as far as status of the screens. We are lucky to even get in contact with the sales rep who sold us the windows. Even though we leave messages on his answering machine, we never receive a response. On occasion (or should we say once in a blue moon), we are able to get in contact with the sales rep.in which case we typically get the 'been out of town' response and 'I'll check into it'. However, we never receive a return call with a status, even when specifically requested. We even contacted the owner of NX2O and never received a follow-up phone call even though a return call (with a status) was promised. Approximately, two years and the same old run-around. We've heard similar complaints from several builders in the Sevier County area but they'll have to speak for themselves.
