Terrible company

This is actually the worst organization I've actually handled. I will ditto every criticism here. Ditto happened in my experience. I simply created a proper problem towards the BBB. Everybody must do that to ensure that motion is likely to be obtained against them. You are able to visit the BBBis site and serach the company. And file a problem. I need everyone to do this. I also wonder when they might have a-class action suit filed against them? I never finished my purchase within the telephone for them due to the fact they continuously wouldn't I would like to decline the 10 'free additional accessories'... Free plus excessive shipping. I declined the presents again and again and following a 30-min. Contact, I acquired so disappointed I intentionally did not finish the purchase such that it would not move thru (no such luck). Used to donot finish or verify any purchase. I never got a pre-whole. And somehow 2 months later I rec'd a little container with the additional garbage packed inside with $40 of additional delivery. I named to protest - cust svc sucks and was no aid. They provided a $5 credit to close me-up. Today about 8 nights later I never got the $5 credit. I'm mad... Used to donot finish the purchase, I never established it, there is NO was to obtain a live individual, and that I declined all additional accessories that we still rec'd.
