I purchased a new home in Canton, Ga from Gogolin Enterprises, Inc. They subcontracted the air conditioning to Deerman Heating & Air Conditioning in Conyers Ga. One of the 2 units in our $465,000 home has never worked longer than a few days. After numerous complaints to the builder he continues to send the same company out who damaged the lines (witnessed by a foreman of Gogolin and my brother) They said it was repaired but temperature is above 80 in this lovely august heat! They always say (after what ever repair they made) that it is fixed. It is not. Once again for the 6th time they are coming out this Friday but already after Deerman's last "fix" the temp is now 88 degrees. The line was punctured when installed the freeon does not last yet they say it's fixed. A gentleman with a Masters license looked at Deermans work and pointed out numerous mistakes they had made and our builder still insists on sending them back. I wonder how quickly he would fix it if his house was this hot for as long as ours has been. (over 2 months) I will never purchase a new home again this is unacceptable and when I complain to Deerman... They tell me it will be days before they can come out and when the builder calls them they manage to come the next day but what a surprise the unit is still not working.
