No Response to Air Conditioning Issues

We have called numerous times to have the air conditioning unit repaired. We have been experiencing very hot temperatures and therefore it has been 85 degrees inside of our condo. They promised they would come and repair it on July 23rd, we waited until 10 PM, and no one ever showed up. I am 79 years old and stay home during the day. I feel they should set me as a priority and not those that work during the day in air conditioning.
