L & S thru First American sent a guy named Steve to look at my air conditioning problem. He knew his business. Was neat and clean, explained the plumbing in my Unit so I didn't have to wonder if water was laying in the attic somewhere, fixed the problem. He was on time and efficient. I am so happy with my service. Extemely rare to find someone these days you trust.
