I ordered barstools back in March and just finally received them last week, July. They were damaged, cheap and falling apart. When I emailed them to send me an RMA number for return, they ignored it and wanted pictures so they could order parts/repairs. I have emailed them multiple times telling them I do not want the bar stools, that they are inferior, but they keep ignoring my messages. Here is what their website states:

Our return policy is one of the best policies online. We make it easy for you in the event of a return. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it at any time within the first 30 days. The items have to be in the original, resalable carton. All parts must be packaged in its original packaging to ensure a safe return. Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the package and authorize a refund.in the event the product is damaged during return transit, the customer is liable for any and all claims paperwork and/or fees from the carrier. The credit that is returned to the customer will be minus any shipping charges that were incurred by our company. Even if the item is advertised as" Free Shipping", we will still deduct our actual shipping charges that were paid by our company.in some cases, a restocking fee may apply to certain items. Items that are custom made are non-returnable. These items specify non-returnable in the description.in the event that a return is known before delivery, DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT. This may cause the items to be returned to the manufacturer or warehouse, causing restocking fees, higher freight charges, or possibly no credit at all. Most returns will be directed to our own warehouse, no matter the shipper.
