Bogus Free Shipping Offers, VERY POOR Quality Signs, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This company claims "free shipping" on its website, and still charges shipping. Item purchased is not correct (3 x 8 foot printed banner) and instead of correcting the issue by fixing the banner and refunding the shipping cost they called me a liar and have given me nothing but a runaround in resolving this issue.

They have finally offered a refund in full if the item purchased is recieved WITHIN 2 DAYS. I would then need to pay overnight shipping from CA to TX and spend more than half of what I paid to this company for the item including the shipping costs I was already charged, just to get it there for a "refund".

In order for merchandise to be returned you must obtain an RMA number from BannerSignsExpress To return click here, 15 days from the date you received your shipment. 15% restocking fee may apply to stock items..

The 15 day return is different than the 2 days I am "allotted".

All I have wanted was my shipping cost refunded ($15.98) (I have photos of the "free shipping offer" listed on thier web site) and the banner corrected. This company is completely un-professional, un-reliable and only out to rip people off with cheap service and shoddy business practices.
