Decorating etc Cashed my check did not deliver terrible customer service ripoff

I ordered 3 chandaliers on February 27. They made my electronic transfer on March 9.

Expected delivery end of March. Began calling in April.
Their "tracking" people promise to return your calls in 2 days. Never returned any calls EVER.

Call "sales" extension - they will report it and you will get a call back - never.

Ask to be transferred to someone who can give me information - "that line is busy".

Will never again deal with them. Will try to wait them out because getting money back is sure to be a nightmare.
