No customer service warranty insurance or honesty

I bought a hot tub from O2 sports on line directly through their website. I spoke several times with their customer service before the purchase and they were very accommodating. However, they delivered the wrong hot tub to my house and this tub was slightly damaged.
I called them right away, they asked me to keep the hot tub and they will send some one to fix the hot tub and add all the upgrades I had paid for with the initial hot tub.

It has been now 5 weeks and nothing has been done, they always say that in 2 weeks some one will come by.
Recently I asked them to take the hot tub back and return my money but nothing. Now I can not even talk to some one becasue they set up an answering machine.
I do not recommend anybody to buy anything from this company. Cheap by you will pay at the end.
