Finish Line shoe store Unauthorized credit card charge

My daughter just recently bought a pair of shoes at the Finish Line store. She was told that with the purchase she would receive a free year subscription of Sports Illustrated, but did not agree to anything other than sign the receipt to pay for her shoes. We noticed a charge on her account for TWX Sports Illustrated for $53.45. This was unauthorized, as the only place she used her card for was to buy her shoes at the store. She has called the number that was supplied on her banking statement (1-877-747-1054), spoke to a customer service rep. And was told that she would be credited in 7-10 days. We'll see. As WE WILL PURSUE THIS!!! We started with TWX and will confront the store manager of Finish Line tomorrow.
