Sold me a new Motorcycle without all the parts. I have been waiting 4 months and still no parts shipped to me

I bought and paid for a New Motorcycle on the Internet from Sunny Sports in Chino, Ca. That was going to be my inexpensive way of getting around since I just retired. Boy was I in for a reality check. First my 7 day delivery ended up about a month. Finally arrived but without all the parts. Called Customer Support they agreed to send me the parts missing. I have since called them 20 times. They kept saying the parts have to be shipped from China. Now almost 5 months later they told me I have been put on their Computer system to have the parts shipped from Tank Sports in China directly to me and there is nothing more they can do. What kind of Customer service is this?
