Making me pay for something that I shouldnt. I gave Warning

Well first off I will start at the begining. I moved into an apartment complex called Eastgate Gardens, I moved in around July 18th and I paid my rent on time, well when the school year began I have a 5 year old daughter that was attending the school district there and They lost her, the school bus driver had rules to follow the kids were not allowed off the school bus unless a named adult family member was there to claim the child. Well first time it happened my apartment manager Becky Durbin recieved her from a person that found a 4 year old walking up st rt 74.

Then I began to tell Becky that if it happened again that I was moving away from the school district and would not be able to stay in the lease and she said that was fine she could understand as a mother herself. Well then the second time came 2 days later, and as a mother that it had already happened to once, I was very upset and went to the school a second time and told them to un-enroll my child from the district.

Once we found a house we began moving and 2 weeks into our move (Remember I spoke to Becky when this happened and she said it was fine so long as they got a new tenant they wouldnt charge me the lease buyout price.) Well my boyfriend is a OTR semi driver so I couldnt get it all done by myself. So we moved on the weekends, well by the second weekend there was another couple in my apartment and they had my property and said that Becky said since it was left and no one had came back for it that they could keep it. My point is this... Who can I contact to get this removed from my credit score because they had tenants and I cannot help it if they moved also but they had them shortly after I left and now trying to buy my home it is very difficult. Has anyone else ever dealt with something like this and if so please help!!! I have not a clue on how I can fix this and get into my new home.
