Another collection company doing illegal things to wrong peoples credit reports

It all started when my son started a school at ohio techinacal college. The school did no have the resorces to provide a proper education as promised when he enrolled. So after 8 months of greif we pulled our son out so he attend a real school. That when our fun began with the lease on his apartment which was thru the school.

The lease signed at school by people who work for the school and paid by the school. While there monthly lease always paid on time to school. When he left do to the school not able to give a proper education, the school wanted me to pay for another 2 months of rent for breaking the lease early, which i will not pay, while living in this school apartment other kids moved in and out at one time a student with his kid and pregent girl freind lived there. After many complaints thay finally got them to move out. Again after many times calling them... Again in our lease states this would not happen. So why is there a double standard that they can do things spelled out in the lease and we cant. So i say that the lease was termantted when thay did not hold up to there end of it.

Know the real fun began i had this down right rude women if you can call her that, keep calling me i told her talk to this school about this matter, she tells me the school has nothing to do with this. At which point i told everything had to do with the school since everything was done thru the school and by school employees.

Know this was reported on my sons credit report and when i told her that he is a student at another school and will not pay this she said she has ways to make me pay it. So i laughed her off. Now is where thay crossed the line about 2 weeks ago on my credit report it shows up, know i never cosigned on this apartment. So i called them and they said thay would ruin my credit if i did not pay them. So i called the federal trade comission and the kentucky attorneys generals office and made complaints against them, which i hear there are many.

Boy what do you know 2 days later it was removed from my credit report and a sorry letter was sent to. I am going to follow thru with a law suit unless this is removed from my sons and wife credit report know. Again they broke the lease by not following thru with was promised to us.

And do your self a favor never send anybody to ohio teciniacal college it is joke with no tools for students to use
