Get out before it is too late, before they take your money

In September I reported my range not working, in a process of eliminations, it took them until March to realize that the part that was broken, could not be fixed or replaced, so they offered me after this long time, to replace the range with a range that is far less than what I have. They are replacing it with a range that has flr less options that what I currently. They indicated the only way that I could get the additional options (since their repair tech does not advise them of what options you currently have) is if I had the manual that came with the range. I purchased the home and the sellers do not turn over manuals to the appliances when they sell a home, so i do not have one.

There is no reasioning with the people, they do what they want, when they want and there is not time frame that they have to have it done it, they can take as long as they want. I have been Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter without a range and that does not count the normal every day living days. I cancelled and went with another company. They still owe me for the range, but I did cancel my warranty before they could get another dime from me I would not recommend them to anyone.
